Well, unsurprisingly its been a month since my last entry, maybe I should aim for twice a month, I might be able to hit that target!!!
Its been a busy month, got sent on a training course to learn all about ITIL management processes (not that they will get implemented anytime soon...), had a bizzare issue where Dell couldn't deliver kit to our Polish office though Insight could! Learn a lot about enterprise level monitoring with some funky tools(Foglight by Quest, Zenoss and Hyperic). Plus loads more! Oh maybe I should mention the biggest thing this month for all the friends who I know read this but I never ever speak to... Naomi and I got engaged, yes you did read that right! I'm happily accepting gifts of cars, cheques and credit card numbers
